An update has been made in Adnan Syed‘s legal journey. Syed, the subject of the true crime podcast Serialhas had his murder conviction for the 1999 killing of Hae Min Lee reinstated by a Maryland’s appeals court, per NBC News. Helena, Mont. – Five TikTok content creators have filed a lawsuit seeking to overturn Montana’s first-in-the-nation ban on the video sharing app, arguing the law is an unconstitutional violation of free speech rights.
